Class Timetable

All our classes are taught in our newly refurbished studio on Harley Street. Our classes are designed for everyone who wants to feel, move or perform better and we specialise in preventing injury and speeding up recovery from injury. We deliberately keep classes small and intimate so that everyone get maximum attention.
