Absolutely first class service throughout my recovery from elbow injury and operation. I attended weekly for nearly 6 months and cannot fault any part of the service, from the very friendly approach to excellent treatment that have ensure that I have complete and pain-free movement in my arm again. Could not have asked for, or expected, anything more.

I have had around 8 sessions now with Heidi Leech. I visited her because I had lower back pain, and numbness / tingling down my legs and in my heels. She assessed me and found that I had several muscles locked in my back. After a few sessions, the problem was much better. I was also given several exercises to do daily which have really helped. My condition is almost completely resolved now and I would recommend her very much as an excellent physio. She willingly took the time to describe all aspects of the problem and treatment to me, and was also very understanding about me being very ticklish - not only has my issue been fixed, but we've also had a lot of laughs! Highly recommended.

I went to Heidi Leech for 5 sessions as I was suffering from pains in my shins whilst training for a half marathon. Within the first couple of sessions, I was able to run pain free thanks to the exercises that Heidi recommended and the deep tissue massaging during sessions. Heidi is very friendly and was able to treat my injury effectively within a very short period of time. I would highly recommend Heidi.
