Great, professional service. Ryan helped me recover from an elbow injury and got me back to full functional mode in only 6 weeks from the first appointment. He was attentive to my treatment preferences and design the therapy accordingly. Highly recommended!

Ryan has been working on my hamstring and has been very proactive and inventive in finding solutions that can get me back to football (my passion) as soon as possible without harming my body anymore. I've been impressed with his professional approach and look forward to working with him through my recovery and after if needed.

Really helpful (and enjoyable!) experience.

I saw Ryan Steer about a shoulder injury which had been causing me a lot of pain for a couple of weeks and generally getting me down, especially as painkillers weren't working. He investigated the problem very thoughtfully, his diagnosis all made sense and even after my first session with him I already felt much better. After four sessions I was completely back to normal.

One of the things I really liked about Ryan was the way he works so closely with the personal trainers in the gyms he's affiliated to. He spoke to my trainer so that we could build on my recovery by working on the right rehabilitation exercises in our gym sessions together. It was really joined-up and I felt very well cared for.

Ryan also offered acupuncture, which worked extremely well, it was fascinating.

He's a lovely guy who evidently really cares about his patients. This was my first experience of physio and I was impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to Ryan if I ever need help again in the future.
