I have been going to Capital Physio for sessions with Bryony Short for treatment for a running injury for about a month now. At the initial consultation, Bryony was very clear and thorough in explaining what my condition was and has give me lots of exercises for me to do at home between sessions. I always enjoy my sessions as Byrony is really lovely and I could not recommend her more highly

I met with Bryony Short following a shoulder dislocation. The experience throughout the recovery process has been great, with clear goals outlined from the start in conjunction with a detailed injury assessment and a highly personalised approach. Recovery has been far faster than expected, due in full to the quality of the physio I have received. While the physical aspect of the treatment has been by far the best I have received, what really sets Bryony apart is her ability to explain the functional benefits of every exercise recommended which makes the rehab far more enjoyable and easier to stick to! In addition to the high level of treatment the facilities are extremely good, and would accommodate rehab and post rehab for all types of injury. Anyone looking for a physio in the city would be hard pressed to find a better alternative.

Just wanted to first of all, thank you for the support and what I think has been a great recovery of my injury!

Julia in her first assessment, immediately found the issue, and her treatment/exercises, worked brilliantly! Also, she's polite, friendly and quite flexible with the appointments!

I couldn't recommend more her services.

So well done and thank you again!
