Excellent session. Bryony Short is definitely one of the best physios I've seen (and due to a decade and a half of back problems I've seen a LOT!). Really knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that I could understand. It felt as though she took on board everything I was saying as well, which is really appreciated.

Finally got around to getting my back seen to - Cassandra quickly got to the root cause, relieved the stiffness in the back joints and gave a programme of exercises for flexibility and core strength, all in the first session. Following sessions included acupuncture, massage and further exercises. Cassandra is very knowledgeable and you are in the hands of an experienced professional. My back is already much better, but be warned: it's not magic; I'll need to keep doing the exercises if I want to avoid back issues.

After running the London Marathon I suffered knee pain and needed to have it treated quickly so that I could continue running and Rys managed to do get me back running pain free in no time. He was really friendly and professional and offered a great treatment plan involving acupuncture which really worked for me.
I hopefully wont have to make further visits if I stay injury free! I would highly recommend them for any sports injury treatments.
