Reformer Pilates is a challenging, machine based, whole body Pilates experience delivered in a modern, spacious studio. Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. Our maximum group size is 4 people and we welcome complete beginners to advanced.Timetable
Matwork Pilates is an exercise class which focuses on the key principles of strength, flexibility, stability, body awareness and core strengthening. Our classes last 50 minutes and are delivered in our newly refurbished studio with a maximum of 8 people.Timetable
Yoga is an excellent way to build strength in weak or injured muscles. Yoga is a low impact exercise; it is proven to develop smaller muscle groups that work to support joints and bone structures in the body.Timetable
We recommend you start off with a 1:1 session with one of our Pilates trained Physio’s to ensure you gets the most from our classes. This is particularly important if you are new to Pilates and Yoga or have an injury.
During the session, we discuss your lifestyle and goals, and screen for postural imbalances and movement dysfunctions. We build a tailored program just for you and recommended the best classes.
