Angela Rock graduated from the Oswestry and North Staffordshire School of Physiotherapy and, after specialising in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, went on to do a Masters Degree at University College London.
She has worked in New Zealand and Australia as well as in the U.K. and Ireland as a physiotherapist specialised in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Complimenting her manual therapy skills, she is qualified as a Pilates instructor as well as in using acupuncture for pain relief.
Angela believes the best approach is holding an in-depth commitment to facilitating patients to achieve their goals using a comprehensive approach aimed, not only at relieving pain, but promoting long term health and fitness. She enjoys the challenge of movement analysis and employs a combination of manual therapy, tailored exercise prescription, ergonomic and postural education to achieve her patients’ goals.
