Christopher Legg qualified in 2012 at St Georges University of London, where he achieved the prize for ‘Excellence in Clinical Practice’, and had his research project published in a peer reviewed journal.
Chris has completed numerous post-graduate training courses, including in sporting rehabilitation, and has just completed a Masters Degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King’s College London.
Chris is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist, and has extensive experience working with patients with a variety of pain presentations. This is from post-operative rehabilitation to the treatment of sporting injuries.
Having played a wide range of sports and as a weight training enthusiast, Chris has a particular interest in how strength and conditioning training can be used to promote tissue healing in the rehabilitation process.
