Fiona Pyrke studied Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University and graduated with honours in 1999. Fiona has extensive experience working as a Physiotherapist in both the public and private sector.
Fiona has a special interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunction, particularly in back pain and post- surgical rehabilitation.
With growing evidence in the role of exercise and Pilates she trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute and achieved Class Instructor status. She also studied with Polestar in the rehabilitation of patients using the specialised Pilates equipment.
Fiona is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and frequently treats pain from musculoskeletal injuries and headaches using acupuncture. Fiona also has an interest in the treatment of Vertigo.
