Jack completed his BSc in Physiotherapy from University of Bradford in 2016 and since then he has gained a broad range of experience in private and NHS settings. In 2019, he completed his MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Kings College University, London.
His special clinical interests include tendon rehabilitation as well as back / shoulder complaints. As a trained APPI pilates instructor, Jack is experienced teaching beginner and advanced groups.
Jack thoroughly enjoys working with clients and is passionate about helping them achieve their goals by utilising individualised exercise prescription, specific manual therapy techniques and personalised client education and advice.
His skill set is well-complemented by his gym talents. He has competed nationally in power lifting and achieved a Pro card in bodybuilding by placing first in a national competition.
Jack is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP).
