James graduated from the Ulster University in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 2016.
Since graduating, James has worked in private musculoskeletal physiotherapy for two years, both in a clinical and sport setting. James has experience working with a range of sporting teams and individuals in American football, rugby, running and cycling and has a particular interest in the diagnostics and rehabilitation of cycling and running-based injuries.
James also has a passion for post-injury strength and conditioning, working in a gym and incorporating strength training into physiotherapy rehabilitation for the last two years.
Outside of work, James also enjoys participating in sports. He holds a black belt in kick-boxing, played as a county level hockey player and also enjoys playing football and running.
