Kate graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia in 2013 with Masters of Physiotherapy Studies, following on from completing a Bachelor of Human Movement and Bachelor of Management.
Through her studies, Kate has developed exceptional exercise based knowledge and skills for strength and conditioning, personal training and injury prevention.
Since graduating, Kate has worked in private clinics and public hospitals and has gained broad experience working with athletes, work-related injuries, chronic pain, pre and post-natal women, vestibular, vertigo and orthopaedic post-operative patients.
Kate relocated to London in April 2016 and has worked for the NHS in Watford General Hospital and Kings College Hospital. However, Kate’s special interest is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy – in particular lower back and neck pain. She uses a combination of manual therapy, dry needling and exercised-based rehabilitation to ensure a speedy recovery for her patients.
