Rebecca graduated with a Sport Medicine Masters from UCL, gaining experience in both musculoskeletal and sport specific injuries and conditions. She has worked in private physiotherapy clinics as well as supporting several sports teams including amateur rugby and semi-professional football.

She is trained in dry needling, muscle energy techniques and other manual therapies. Rebecca has recently completed the LJ Lee thoracic ring approach course which looks at the role the thoracic spine and ribs play on a wide range of conditions.

Rebecca doesn’t just isolate your injury; she takes your whole body and lifestyle into consideration. She’s committed to establishing and addressing the root cause of the problem, in order to treat effectively and prevent reoccurrence. With a keen interest in exercise physiology, she’s able to focus on improving your performance and achieving your goals, no matter how big or small.

In her free time Rebecca enjoys running, cycling, weight and functional training.  She did both London and Bournemouth marathons in 2019 and will be running London 2020.
