Sam Roshdy graduated from the University of Southampton and has since gained experience treating a varied caseload of neuromusculoskeletal conditions within the private sector and elite sport.
Sam has an extensive amount of experience in sport, ranging from non-league to elite level. He currently works on a part time basis within the academy squad at Watford FC, his third professional football club, where he caters for the treatment, rehabilitation and pitch side trauma management of aspiring young athletes within the growing academy team. He also works alongside the Great Britain American Football Team.
Sam utilises his knowledge to tailor strength and conditioning programmes to suit your goals. He provides manual therapy techniques such as massage, joint manipulation as well as further adjuncts, inclusive of acupuncture (dry needling), sports taping and therapeutic ultrasound. Sam will always ensure you’re at the centre of his programme, striving to provide an optimal and enjoyable experience for all of his clients.
