Tricia has been practising as a physiotherapist since 2011, and has since completed a master’s degree from MGH IHP, Boston, MA, USA. She has had experience in private general and orthopaedic hospitals, outpatient orthopaedic clinics and neurological rehabilitation centres. As a result, Tricia has developed an interest in treating a variety of diagnoses and incorporating different treatment philosophies when treating her patients.

Tricia believes in accurately diagnosing the cause of dysfunction and treating that along with managing symptoms as well. She utilizes patient self-management and education; soft tissue massage and joint mobilizations; exercise therapy and movement re-education as part of her arsenal of treatment strategies. She believes therapy should be dynamic, fun and most importantly empowering for the people she meets.

In her spare time, Tricia is busy getting to know more about London and her new adopted city, going on weekend jaunts to a new historical village or catching up on an exciting new movie or book.
